TOPS Chinese Language
and Culture Class
TOPS Chinese Language Program Starts in October!
The TOPS Chinese Language and Culture program provides after-school Chinese language instruction that is fun and developmentally-appropriate. Pollyanna Wang will be teaching the Grade 1–2 and Grade 3–5 class. Xiao Yu Jackson will continue teaching the Kindergarten class, which starts in January 2010.
Whatever your reasons for signing your child up for Chinese—
building empathy for others, improving basic math comprehension, strengthening executive function—now is the time to act!
- Kindergarten classes will be on Tuesdays and start in January 2010.
- Classes for students in grades 1–2 who are new to Chinese (or who took it in Kindergarten) will meet on Thursdays, starting on October 29th.
- Classes for students in grade 2 with some prior Chinese (i.e. in K and 1) through grade 5 will take place on Tuesdays, starting October 27th.
Registration:
Cost is $140 for 22 weeks in grades 1–5 and $75 for 16 weeks for Kindergarten.
